Q: How do I use the Facial Mask to Unclog My Pores?
Apply charcoal clay mask to face & don't forget to grab our 3 in 1 facial tool to apply! Leave the mask on for about 10 min or when it looks like it has completely dried. At this point you can rinse it off and be sure to apply a great moisturizer after. My favorite is the Countertime Supreme Cream. Another great way to use this mask is as an armpit detox. Just apply to armpits. I recommend this to anyone that is switching or currently is using a clean deodorant. This will help speed up the detox process when switching.
Want to create a microdermabrasion effect?
BONUS: apply a thin layer of the Counter + Lotus Glow Cleaning Balm and work in circular motions. You will notice the mask start to come away. Keep doing this until almost all of the mask has been removed. This creates a microdermabrasion effect for much cheaper than going to get one done professionally! I personally love how my skin feels after this. It's the only way I do my facial mask these days.
Q: How do I get the remainder out of my container?
BONUS BONUS: So you're at the end of the container & your new one doesn't come in for a few more days. No problem! Cut the top of the container off & scoop the remaining product out using a spoon or a spatty. I was able to get a small container filled. I've used it 3 more times & I STILL have product left to use. Our products aren't cheap so I want to make sure you are getting the most out of them!
Q: How does this mask fit into my routine?
I like to use this mask once a week, but it can be used up to 2-3 times a week. I typically do my masks on a Sunday night. Because I use the Cleaning Balm after, my face can be a bit red. So I like to do it at night so the inflammation has time to calm down by the morning.
