All Bright Triple Acid AHA Toner review from Beautycounter

For Holiday 2022 Beautycounter came out with a Holiday set that contained three All Bright products. I had already use the C Serum and the Facial Oil, but had never tried the Toner. I was skeptical at first because toners in the past would dry me out. I figured since it was heavily discounted I would give it a try. See my honest review below!

A Little About the All Bright AHA Toner:

This toner is designed to brighten your skin tone. Made with a powerful blend of AHAs, beta hydroxy acid, kombucha, and niacinamide, this hardworking toner exfoliates and reveals a glowing complexion. It’s pore-refining, too, helping to improve and minimize the appearance of pores after just one use.

Q: What are the benefits?

  • Brightening: Improves skin brightness, leaving skin soft, smooth, and glowing

  • Pore-refining: Helps minimize and improve the appearance of pores

  • Resurfacing: Resurfaces dull, tired skin with 8% AHA and 5% phytic acid

  • Purifying: Removes residual dirt and impurities

Q; What are the clinical results of the Toner?

Clinically proven to:

  • Improve the appearance of pores

  • Improve skin brightness

After four weeks of use:

  • 93% said skin looks radiant and luminous

  • 90% said skin feels supple and smooth

  • 93% said skin looks renewed

My honest thoughts of the AHA Toner:

Pros:

  • The packaging is beautiful: Made in a beautiful sleek glass bottle. Also matches the rest of the All Bright line.

  • Unscented: I always love a product that isn't overpowering & this toner literally has no scent.

  • Results that work: I did start to notice a change in my complexion within 2 months.

  • A little goes a long way. The bottle is huge and lasts me forever. I only use about 3 drops on a cotton pad.

Cons:

  • Not for sensitive skin: As I said above, I was skeptical about trying this toner because most toners dried me out. As much as I love this toner, I can only use it about 1-2/week. When I do, I follow up with our Countermatch line for added moisture.

  • You will need to have cotton pads to apply. You could use your fingers, but I feel like you get more benefits by using a cotton pad.

  • Price tag: This toner is expensive at $68, but like I said above, it does last a very long time, especially since I use it only 1-2/week.

Q: How do I incorporate this toner into my routine?

I personally like to use this toner in the morning. I wash my face with our Countertime cleanser. Then I grab a cotton pad and splash about 3 drops of the AHA toner onto it. I will apply all over my face and I do not rinse it off. You will notice residue on your cotton pad. That means it's working! I then follow up with my Countermatch Intense Moisture Serum, All Bright C Serum, and last our Mighty Plump Ceramide Water Cream.

Q: Should I follow up with a sunscreen after using this toner?

Yes, yes, & yes! This toner contains different forms of AHA's. AHA's are serious exfoliators. They are designed to remove the top layer of your skin, making your skin more sensitive to sun exposure. After I apply my moisturizer, I always follow up with our Countersun Daily Sheer Defense for Face.

There you have it folks! Even though I use this product only 1-2/week, I really do love it. I am in fact, obsessed with Beautycounter's All Bright line & this toner is a great addition. If you've tried it, comment below. I'd love to know how you liked it!

Check out my review on the All Bright C Serum & the All Bright Dark Spot Minimizer reviews as well! The Holiday 2022 All Bright set is no longer available, but they released a new one for Holiday 2023, Brighter Days Skin-Care Set. This set includes a mini All Bright toner and C Serum.
